02 Feb Children’s Mental Health Week
From 7-13 February 2022, schools, youth groups, organisations and individuals across the UK will take part in Children’s Mental Health Week.
Children’s Mental Health Week was first started in 2015 by Place2Be, as they wanted to highlight the importance of supporting children’s mental and emotional health. This year, the theme is ‘Growing Together’ and at Coleridge we will be focusing on how we have grown emotionally, and how we can help other people grow.
We will be talking with children about how some things can feel tricky for both children and grown-ups, they can feel like they are a struggle. However, if we support each other to find out what and why we are finding some things a challenge, then we can grow together and feel more confident and secure and continue to flourish.
