Raising Concerns

We initially ask parents to see their child’s class teacher about any problem that has arisen regarding their child.

We initially ask parents to see their child’s class teacher about any problem that has arisen regarding their child.

If the problem remains unresolved then parents are welcome to make an appointment to see in the first instance the year group or phase leader and finally the head teacher.

Should they remain dissatisfied, parents should contact the chair of governors. There is a school complaints policy, available in the school office and on the school website. Parents may also ask at the school office for a copy of the Haringey Council leaflet “Raising Concerns”.
