Coleridge Dance Club Scale The Heights

This term our lunchtime dance club has had the opportunity to learn Salsa with Dadi, a professional Salsa teacher and performer. The children have been learning basic Salsa moves and have had lots of fun practising dancing in pairs.

As part of this experience the children were invited to see the musical ‘In the Heights’ at King’s Cross Theatre. Seeing the show not only inspired their dancing but also taught them about the origins of Salsa. The children were then lucky enough to meet the cast on stage after the show.
