The Voluntary Fund
The Coleridge Voluntary Fund (CVF) was launched in November 2020 to help alleviate the financial pressures faced by the school, and support us in maintaining the outstanding education that our school currently offers. The financial climate in education remains difficult, with schools across the country continuing to struggle to make ends meet. The fund has become an enormous help for us to ensure the continued provision of the excellent education, opportunities and care that make Coleridge such a thriving and successful school.
Through this fund parents can, if they wish to, make one-off donations or set up monthly standing orders. Ongoing voluntary contributions from our parents and carers are crucial in helping us balance our budget. Contributions to the fund are entirely voluntary and we do recognise that not everyone will be able to contribute. All children will, of course, be treated equally whether their parents contribute or not and no one should suffer financial hardship in making a contribution. We are extremely grateful for any donation, large or small.
Money donated through the fund makes a substantial difference to the school and is all spent on enhancing teaching learning and on children’s wellbeing.
A massive THANK YOU to parents, carers and grandparents who have donated to the fund. We have been overwhelmed by your generosity and continued support.
Note – the Coleridge Voluntary Fund is separate to the fantastic fundraising that Coleridge Families (our school’s Parent Staff Association) do.
