As a school, we sometime charge for items and services, in line with government guidelines on charging.
From September 2024, we will be using a new system for payments, called Arbor. This is part of an ongoing project to streamline and modernise some of our office processes and, we hope, provide a better service to you, the parent.
School payments can now be made by visiting the Arbor homepage – https://login.arbor.sc/ – or through the Arbor app, which is available on the relevant app store for your device.
It is up to you whether you choose to use the Arbor Parent App, or, just the Parent Portal website.
To log in to Arbor, you will need to use the email address we have on file for you in the school office. From the Arbor login screen, click the forgotten password link, and enter your email address. Follow the instructions on screen to set a password, and then login to Arbor.
When you login to Arbor for the first time, it will ask you for the date of birth of one of your children. This is a verification step to confirm that we are linking you with the correct children.
If you are having trouble logging in to Arbor Parent Portal, please take a look at these troubleshooting steps from the Arbor website.
As well as handling payments, the Arbor Parent Portal also shows you some of the information we hold on file about you, and your children. It will display their current attendance stats, and also things like the home address, phone number and any medical notes we have on file.
If you find any of the details in the Parent Portal are incorrect, you can submit changes directly through the app, or website, which will then be reviewed and approved by the school office.
Moving forward, we also hope to use Arbor to allow parents to sign up to activities, such as school run clubs or activities, and make any necessary payments at time of sign up. Watch this space!
