Medical Needs
If your child has any special medical needs or a condition we should be aware of, please complete the Health Care Plan Form, below. You can return the form via email or drop off a paper copy at the school office. If your child requires medication during the school day, please ensure that this is given to the school office, with the relevant instructions.
Please note: It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that any medication kept at school is correct and in date, and to inform the office of any changes.
Short Term Medicines
If your child has been prescribed short term medication that needs to be administered during the school day, please bring it to the school office and fill in a Short Term Medication Form.
Medication will be stored in the office, and administered by the office staff. Children should not carry medicines to administer themselves during the school day.
