Raising Concerns

We initially ask parents to see their child’s class teacher about any problem that has arisen regarding their child.

At Coleridge Primary School we aim to ensure all parent queries and concerns are dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. We initially ask parents to see their child’s class teacher about any problem that has arisen regarding their child.

If the problem remains unresolved then parents are welcome to make an appointment to see in the first instance the year group leader, a member of the Senior Leadership Team or the Headteacher. Our aim is to solve concerns and complaints as promptly as possible and in an informal way.

Where it has not been possible to resolve a concern or complaint informally, a formal complaint can be made. When this is the case, the school’s complaint procedure must be followed. Please ensure you refer to this procedure before making a complaint. See our Complaints Procedure.
