School Street SS46 Launches in Crescent Road 15th April

28 March 2024

Haringey Council are launching their second School Street for Coleridge Primary on 15th April 2024, to reduce pollution and congestion at the school gates.

SS46 will operate between 8:30-9:30am and 2:30-3:30pm. During this time vehicles will not be permitted to enter the end of Crescent Road N8 closest to the school (shown in red, below).

Haringey children are exposed to high levels of pollution on their school journeys – the School Street will make the air cleaner by keeping more cars away from the school, and hopefully reducing the overall number of car journeys. By walking, cycling, scooting or wheeling, your school run will be safer and healthier.

Exemptions are available if you, or your child, have a disability that means you need to drive into the School Street. Email admin@coleridgeprimary.net with your details if you need to apply for this exemption.
