Since the beginning of May, some lucky children from Years 4 – 6 have had the opportunity to learn Tango during their lunch hour. The lessons have been made possible as a result of the magazine LatinoLife, which secured funding to be used in the local community.
The weekly club has been led by a professional Tango dancer and teacher, Raquel Greenberg. So far, the children have learnt a number of key Tango steps and they are currently working hard to put them into a routine that they plan to perform in school.
