05 Jul Healthy Living Week
This week we have had Healthy Living Week at Coleridge. It began on Monday with a successful Sports Day at North London Cricket Club. During the rest of the week, children participated in a variety of sporting activities such as Pilates, dance, running and badminton. Children also took part in classroom based activities where they learnt about keeping their bodies and minds healthy.
At the same time, we also ran a Walk to School week. The aim of this was to encourage, where it was possible, for children to walk, scoot, cycle or park and stride to school. We’ve been keeping a record in class of how this went and winning classes will be announced next week!
